About The Position

Capstone is seeking a motivated Warehouse Selector to join our high-performance culture. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting products throughout the warehouse using various equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. You will also utilize tools like VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or read manual tickets to fulfill orders. This position requires an energetic individual with a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs. The role involves data entry and administrative tasks, and requires the ability to stand or sit for periods in both office and warehouse environments, which have concrete flooring and changing temperatures. You will be walking throughout the warehouse during your shift.

Requirements

2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
Walking throughout warehouse during shift

Responsibilities
