About The Position

Securitas is seeking a Warehouse Security Officer to join their team. This full-time position requires availability for the 2nd shift and involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site to ensure the security and safety of property and personnel. The role may involve frequent sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain. While no prior experience is necessary, individuals with backgrounds in retail, food service, or hospitality are considered a great fit, and training will be provided. Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring the premises.
Patrol a variety of locations.
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
