About The Position

In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and with the level of care they expect from us. You’ll be the person who keeps our shipping process running smoothly, operating our computerized scale and shipping systems, selecting the most cost-effective carriers, and ensuring every incoming and outgoing shipment is handled with precision. Your attention to detail and reliability will directly support our production flow, reduce delays, and help us maintain strong customer relationships. If you take pride in staying organized, working independently, and keeping operations on track, your impact here will be felt every single day.

Requirements

• Must meet all Company and federal (OSHA) requirements for forklift operator certification
• Must be able to recognize colors and materials
• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of PC and related software
• Reading, writing, and math skills commensurate with job duties
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Standing on a fatigue mat in a specific area throughout a 10 hour+ shift.
• Be able to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Standing for 8 hours a day or longer.
• Ability to work in an environment with repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, and elbows.
• Physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions.

• Operating the computerized scale and shipping system
• Process and coordinate shipments so our customers receive their orders in a timely fashion
• Select the most cost-effective and timely shipping methods for customer orders
• Processes all incoming receivables
