About The Position

The Warehouse Sanitation employee helps maintain a clean and safe workplace to support the health and safety of associates. The role performs general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation tasks throughout warehouse areas, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas, and may also perform similar duties in office areas as assigned. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The position follows company health and safety policies and guidelines and requires completion of assigned safety training.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
3–6+ months of general sanitation, cleaning, and/or janitorial work experience.
Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of general sanitation, cleaning, and/or janitorial work experience in a warehouse environment.
Pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

Complete all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
Immediately report unsafe conditions or acts to help ensure associate safety.
Perform assigned cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, and other janitorial tasks.
Handle cleaning chemicals according to hazardous-material instructions.
Complete all assigned Pure Safety training modules accurately and on time.
Operate a pallet jack as needed to transport refuse or trash to appropriate receptacles.
Complete all assignments accurately and on time.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
