About The Position

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Warehouse Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth within our warehouse and logistics operations. This role plays a key part in expanding our customer base, maximizing warehouse utilization, and developing a scalable sales function to support company growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics/warehouse operations
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Leadership potential with interest in developing and guiding a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and logistics services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research
  • Present warehouse solutions tailored to client needs (storage, fulfillment, distribution, etc.)
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service feasibility and execution
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding sales representatives as the company grows
  • Train team members on services, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies
  • Help build and implement a structured sales system, including outreach strategies and CRM usage
  • Set clear performance expectations and support team members in achieving sales goals
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development
  • Lead by example through active selling while contributing to team growth
  • Support the development of a strong, results-driven sales culture
