Comprehensive Shipping duties include ensuring correct labels, following special instructions, proper boxing, paperwork management, supply tracking, order prioritization, information verification, tracking, communication, and freight preparation using equipment like a hoist. Packaging tasks involve boxing, creating packing slips, double-checking sales slips, and managing supplies. Receiving responsibilities include handling merchandise, checking delivery slips, unloading, unpacking, verifying quality and quantity, putting away stock, filing paperwork, and communicating with personnel. Additionally, the position requires Inventory Cycle Counting, which involves maintaining count schedules, accurate stock counting, recording variances, and reconciling stock. The representative must understand AESSEAL's inventory and stock databases and adhere to all established safety practices. Overtime is expected as required.
