Requirements

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving, or logistics
Working knowledge of WMS systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Solid communication and team leadership abilities

Responsibilities

Oversee all inbound shipments (small parcel, LTL, FTL) from unload -> receipt -> putaway.
Assign and prioritize work to ensure 24-48 hour dock-to-stock targets are met.
Manage staging to reduce dock congestion and keep flow moving.
Ensure accurate system receiving (WMS) for all Pos and ASNs.
Validate counts, lot/serials (if applicable), and proper SKU identification.
Direct proper bin placement and space utilization for efficient picking.
Enforce QC processes for damages, discrepancies, and compliance issues.
Document and communication variances (shortages, overages, defects).
Escalate vendor or product issues to appropriate teams.
Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates on 2nd shift.
Monitor productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.
Conduct shift start-us, set expectations, and drive accountability.
