About The Position
Blaine Brothers is looking for a Warehouse Receiving Associate who will be responsible for receiving packages to our warehouse while providing excellent customer service. This position schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. POSITION SUMMARY : This position is primarily responsible for daily warehouse receiving part check-in and staging operations. Responsibilities include checking in receipts using receiving slips and packing lists, labeling parts accurately, staging back orders and stock, and pull parts for shipping when needed. In addition, this position will assist with shipping, core processing, cycle counting, organization projects, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of parts received using company receiving lists and vendor packing lists.
- Report damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately label parts.
- Stage customer and interbranch backorders and stock in correct lanes.
- Help with pulling parts for customer orders and intercompany orders when needed.
- Help with organization of the warehouse as assigned.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
