Warehouse Associate - Receiving

Shepherd Electric CompanySES Sterling, VA
Onsite

About The Position

The Receiving Department is where Shepherd’s supply chain begins. Every product that reaches a customer, every order that leaves the building accurately, and every inventory count that holds up under scrutiny traces back to how well receiving runs — and how well the people in that department execute. When inbound freight is received correctly, exceptions are caught at the dock — not discovered later — and inventory accuracy is protected from the moment materials enter the building. This role is not just about moving boxes. It is about making sure every piece that comes in is counted, verified, and entered right so the rest of the operation can execute with confidence. If you take pride in accuracy, move with purpose, and understand that getting it right the first time is always faster than fixing it later, this role was written for you.
