About The Position

A Warehouse Associate at Reading Truck performs general warehouse duties to meet the needs of internal and external customers. The role supports warehouse operations and organizational goals by handling materials and orders, assisting with receiving and shipping administration, and helping maintain an orderly work area. It also includes truck staging or driving, cycle counts, and participation in 5S and LEAN initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate.

• Manufacturing industry or background experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials to and from designated areas such as racks, shelves, and vehicles.
• Pull and pick orders for any type of pick ticket.
• Stock all parts received by receiving agents.
• Assist with shipping and receiving administration as needed.
• Drive and/or stage trucks.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Participate in 5S and LEAN initiatives.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Operate in conjunction with the organizational goals of the warehouse.
