About The Position

JD Logistics is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist to support our growing operations in Middlesex, NJ. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through quality audits, data analysis, process improvements, and team training. The ideal candidate is experienced in warehousing and logistics, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
  • Strong data analysis skills; comfortable working with metrics and performance indicators.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, PivotCharts, macros, and other advanced functions).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; accountable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance or continuous improvement roles within a 3PL or high-volume fulfillment center.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning systems.
  • Working knowledge of lean methodologies or Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience conducting training or leading small teams.
  • Ability to identify trends from operational data and present actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report daily KPI performance in warehouse operations; generate insights and operational analysis reports.
  • Ensure adherence to warehouse quality standards, policies, and procedures through routine inspections (e.g., inventory audits, shipping/receiving checks, and value-added services).
  • Partner with the operations team to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor daily workflow, identify root causes of errors, and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals.
  • Maintain and review daily error recap reports with supervisors or managers.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members; assist in staff development and report progress of Encoders and Sorters-in-training.
  • Conduct audits to detect misroutes, mis-sorts, labeling errors, and rack misplacements; trace errors to origin and provide corrective actions.
