About The Position

The Production Associate plays a key role in our bottling and production operations. This position ensures products are processed efficiently, safely, and meet our high-quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a current TB clearance
• Valid government-issued ID for I-9 employment eligibility verification
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules

Nice To Haves

• Previous production or warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and bottling of water products
• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment
• Load and unload bottles during filling and packaging processes
• Inspect products to ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned
