About The Position

The Warehouse Production Associate handles freight in a busy distribution environment, loading and unloading package trailers. The role involves moving packages between conveyor lines, trailers, rolling containers, cages, and assigned sorting areas; scanning freight; and building organized, secure trailer loads. Work is physically active and requires continuous movement, lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift. Compensation is production-based and tied to completed loading and unloading work. Typical earnings are $200–$250 per day, with average equivalent hourly earnings of $16–$25+ per hour. The schedule consists of four 10-hour day shifts per week, with three days off. Available schedules are Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime may be available based on operational needs. The position is in person in White Haven, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Move packages from conveyor lines into outbound trailers.
• Use handheld scanning equipment to verify shipments.
• Transport rolling containers and cages to designated areas.
• Build neat, secure, and organized trailer loads.
• Maintain productivity while following safety standards.
• Remove packages from inbound trailers.
• Place cartons onto conveyor systems for processing.
• Scan freight throughout the unloading process.
• Sort packages into assigned containers and work areas.
