As a Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate I at The Filter Shop in Omaha, Nebraska, you'll play an important role in supporting our daily production and warehouse operations. This entry-level position is responsible for performing essential tasks related to the production of filters, receiving, storage, and shipment of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
No prior warehouse experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic math and reading skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Perform routine production tasks such as cut and assemble filters to specifications using a table saw and paper cutter and hot melt glue machine.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to standard operating procedures.
Receive incoming shipments and assist with unloading, sorting, and stocking inventory.
Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including shelves, bins, and packing stations.
Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Assist with labeling, scanning, and documentation of products and shipments.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
