About The Position

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Production Associate to join their fast-paced production, warehouse, and machine operations environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, finishing, and fulfilling high-quality fan merchandise. You will work across multiple work centers, supporting merchandise assembly, labeling, packaging, receiving, picking, and preparation. There are opportunities to operate and troubleshoot digital machinery including printers, lasers, embroidery machines, and cutting systems. The Production Associate is expected to deliver business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strong attention to detail in a production or warehouse setting.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate digital machinery including printers, lasers, embroidery machines, routers, and cutting systems.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn handheld technology and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. independently and participate in team lifts of up to 50 lbs.
• Physical ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift, kneel, bend, turn, grip and grasp continuously, push a cart, and climb a ladder and stairs.
• Willingness to cross-train and work effectively across multiple work centers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to meeting production goals and quality standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across production, warehouse, and machine operations teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time order fulfillment.
• Support cross-training initiatives by developing proficiency across multiple work centers, contributing to team flexibility and resilience.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to maintain production pace and resolve issues quickly.
• Assemble, finish, label, and package merchandise to exacting quality standards.
• Follow detailed order instructions precisely to ensure every item shipped accurately reflects the fan's purchase.
• Maintain consistent production rates that support timely delivery of fan merchandise across all channels.
• Contribute to a fulfillment environment where quality and speed combine to create exceptional fan experiences.
• Learn and operate advanced digital equipment including printers, lasers, routers, embroidery machines, and cutting systems, sometimes running multiple machines simultaneously.
• Apply basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and automated equipment to quickly troubleshoot and resolve production disruptions.
• Embrace cross-training opportunities to expand capabilities and bring fresh perspective to multiple work centers.
• Utilize handheld technology and inventory management systems to improve accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
• Meet or exceed production goals while maintaining quality standards across all assigned work centers.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines consistently, contributing to a safe and compliant production floor.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, maintaining focus and output quality across available shift options.
