About The Position
We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company focused on developing and engineering unique products across various niches. Our primary focus is on creating cool products from scratch. We are looking for good people to help us keep up with our consistent year-over-year growth. This role involves working on a small manufacturing line to process pieces into sellable units for shipping. We handle hundreds of different products, often in small batches, meaning you'll be working on different items multiple times a day. The general workflow includes selecting a batch, reading instructions, working individually or with a small team to complete the batch efficiently, preparing, assembling, sealing, and packing units into boxes, moving palletized boxes to the completed queue, and finishing the batch on the computer.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pick things up quickly and work very hard
- Be smart as-hell
- Be very hard working
- Be very coachable
- Willingness to do whatever (wear multiple hats)
- Have a fun attitude

Responsibilities
- Choosing a batch and bringing it to your manufacturing line
- Reading instructions and ensuring you are working on the correct pieces
- Working by yourself or with a small team to complete the batch as efficiently as possible
- Preparing, assembling, sealing and packing units into boxes
- Moving the palletized boxes into the completed queue
- Finishing and closing the batch on the computer
