About The Position

We’re hiring Warehouse Production Associates to help build shipping boxes and support operations inside a fast-paced logistics facility. No advanced maintenance experience needed—just reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work. This is a hands-on job where you can stay active, work with tools, and be part of a team.

Requirements

• Comfortable using hand tools or willing to learn
• Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math
• Able to lift, bend, and stay active throughout your shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Team player with a good work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse, production, or construction experience
• Experience using saws, nail guns, or similar tools
• Familiarity with pallets or material handling

Responsibilities

• Build wooden boxes from pallets using tools (saws, nail guns, etc.)
• Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure
• Perform basic math (no calculator needed)
• Keep a steady flow of completed boxes for production lines
• Move pallets, boxes, and materials as needed
• Support the line with cleanup, trash removal, and general tasks
• Inspect boxes to ensure quality and correct sizing
• Keep your work area clean and safe
