About The Position

The Production & Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing and distribution processes within the organization. This position is responsible for supporting production lines by preparing materials, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards to meet customer demands efficiently. Additionally, the associate manages warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role requires close collaboration with team members to optimize workflow, maintain safety protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, the Production & Warehouse Associate helps drive operational excellence by balancing production needs with effective inventory management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and assembly of products according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to support manufacturing processes.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both production and warehouse areas.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve production or inventory issues.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
