About The Position

The entry-level Warehouse Process Specialist supports the optimization of warehouse operations through data analysis and process evaluation. The role collaborates with team members to identify inefficiencies, assist with implementing improvements, and enhance overall productivity within the warehouse environment. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to analyze data and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Attention to detail when handling inventory and documentation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving ability to develop and implement process improvements.
Time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including software used for inventory tracking and order management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain orderly inventory systems.

Nice To Haves

Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

Review current workflows and data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Work with warehouse staff and management to gather insights and feedback about operational challenges.
Assist in creating actionable plans to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve inventory management.
Track key performance indicators to assess the impact of process changes and report findings to management.
Document process improvements and changes accurately for reference and compliance.
Present data-driven recommendations and improvement plans to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
