About The Position

Sofidel America is seeking an Automatic Warehouse Process Engineer to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing performance of automated warehouse operations at its Inola, Oklahoma facility. The role focuses on maintaining and improving automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and supporting smooth day-to-day operations in a technologically advanced logistics environment. The position works with logistics, IT, operations, vendors, service providers, and warehouse personnel to improve system performance, safety, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse automation, process engineering, or logistics operations.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS/RS technology.

Responsibilities

Support the configuration, operation, and maintenance of automated warehouse systems, including AS/RS.
Collaborate with logistics, IT, and operations teams to enhance system integration and performance.
Monitor system efficiency and reliability, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives focused on safety, performance, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers on technical support, maintenance, and system upgrades.
Train warehouse personnel on automation procedures, system use, and troubleshooting best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, technical procedures, and system configurations.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, operational standards, and compliance guidelines.
