About The Position

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking full-time Warehouse Picking Clerks for the afternoon shift with differential pay at their Andersonville, TN facility. This role is responsible for locating and picking merchandise using picking documents and a voice pick system. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
Excellent attendance history.
Basic math skills.
Ability to perform all physical motions typical of an order picker including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, standing or walking for long periods (often over 8 hours/shift), and lifting as much as 60 lbs. (or more).
Ability to push/pull carts weighing 100 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Locating and picking merchandise from picking documents.
Properly staging, checking, packaging, and consolidating merchandise in both bulk and stockless departments.
Assisting in the stockless transfer process.
Gaining knowledge of customer needs for custom palletization and labeling, adhering to customer requests and established policies.
Reporting inventory discrepancies and shortages to the supervisor, researching to locate short product, and maintaining a high fill rate.
Completing all paperwork in an orderly fashion according to established procedures.
Staging picked merchandise in the proper area, adjusting for space needs, and proactively reporting any areas of concern to the supervisor.
Performing duties in both bulk and stockless departments as assigned, including assisting with stockless transfers, picking daily orders, checking, and loading as needed.
Working proactively to foster and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, cleaning and straightening while performing general duties.
Performing general custodial assignments, including trash detail, when needed, and following the established cleaning schedule.
Reporting damages/disorderly areas to the supervisor.
Operating all warehouse equipment efficiently and safely to avoid injury to personnel and equipment.
Reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor upon discovery.
Maintaining equipment as assigned.
Performing other duties as assigned.
