About The Position

Codale Electric is hiring a Warehouse Picker in Las Vegas, Nevada. Warehouse Associates (Picking) prepare, package, ship, and receive orders accurately and efficiently to support timely customer delivery. The role includes maintaining organized work areas, inspecting items for quality, and coordinating with other departments to support warehouse operations. The position works Monday through Friday, from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency using receiving software and systems.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software.
Forklift certification; it is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for individual customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Process shipping labels and documents, and prepare products in staging areas for transportation or pickup.
Inspect incoming goods for defects, damage, or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor or the purchasing department.
Update inventory systems for received items and ensure proper labeling and storage in designated locations.
Complete receiving logs, file paperwork, and maintain accurate inventory-tracking records.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Coordinate with and assist receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality-control operations to support workflow and accurate stock levels.
Organize and maintain a clean, hazard-free receiving area.
Process returned or defective goods and coordinate with vendors or suppliers for replacements or credits.
