Warehouse Picker/Packer
About The Position
Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is a leader in the commissary market and operates an essential business serving communities and customers. They are seeking operations team members for their warehouse and distribution environment. This is a full-time position with some benefits available from day one. The role involves performing warehouse tasks such as receiving, preparing, and shipping products. The company emphasizes cross-training and offers opportunities for specialization within the distribution departments. Team members will utilize technology like mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, and tablets, and will be responsible for maintaining a clean workspace. The position requires picking and packing experience in a warehouse setting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must have picking/packing experience while working in a warehouse.
- Must like working in a fast-paced position.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Unload, receive, and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
- Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team.
- Manage inventory, including counting product and correcting inventory.
- Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders using mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, and tablets.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
