About The Position

Harrington Bottling Company (HC) is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Personnel Manager to join their Bozeman team. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with experience in warehouse management, workforce planning, employee relations, logistics operations, staffing, and team leadership. The Warehouse Personnel Manager will play a key role in managing workforce operations and supporting overall warehouse performance. Working closely with the General Manager, they will help develop staffing strategies, oversee employee performance, coordinate scheduling, and support operational goals that drive business success.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2 to 5 years of warehouse supervision, warehouse leadership, or personnel management experience
Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, staffing, and employee relations
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, and a drug and alcohol test and functional ability test if applicable.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree
Experience in beverage distribution, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, consumer goods, or wholesale distribution
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
