Harrington Bottling Company, a proud Pepsi Bottler, is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Personnel Manager to join our Bozeman team. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with experience in warehouse management, workforce planning, employee relations, logistics operations, staffing, and team leadership. As the Warehouse Personnel Manager, you will play a key role in managing workforce operations and supporting overall warehouse performance. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help develop staffing strategies, oversee employee performance, coordinate scheduling, and support operational goals that drive business success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of warehouse supervision, warehouse leadership, or personnel management experience
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, staffing, and employee relations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in beverage distribution, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, consumer goods, or wholesale distribution
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse associates and support staff while helping create a positive, productive, and engaged workplace.
  • Responsible for workforce planning, employee scheduling, labor utilization, training initiatives, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations, logistics teams, and leadership to ensure staffing levels align with business demands.
  • Monitor attendance and overtime.
  • Support employee development programs.
  • Maintain workforce metrics.
  • Assist with hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts throughout the warehouse operation.
  • Partner with safety leadership to promote compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards while fostering a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
