About The Position

Little Caesars Supply Chain, the in-house distributor for Little Caesars Pizza, is hiring Warehouse Associates in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The role safely operates material handling equipment to receive, select, load, and palletize food and paper products accurately and efficiently, using RF and Voice technology. Starting pay is $27.52, paid weekly.

The position works in a variety of locations throughout the warehouse, including cooler and freezer areas with temperatures ranging from 35 degrees to minus 10 degrees. Work may involve continuous standing, lifting, bending, and moving heavy materials up to 60 pounds. The schedule is flexible and may include holidays, weekends, various shifts, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and reach above shoulder height while handling objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems effectively to fill and receive orders and conduct accurate inventory.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience operating an electric forklift and pallet jack.
• Working knowledge of RF indoor voice technology.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using an electric forklift or pallet jack.
• Accurately receive and enter inbound materials into warehouse management software.
• Select and load outbound product in a timely manner.
• Rotate and replenish products as needed.
• Follow Blue Line Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety requirements.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
