About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Key duties include cleaning various areas of the warehouse, restrooms, offices, and outside spaces. The role also involves managing trash, handling damaged product, and operating powered industrial equipment for loading, unloading, and moving materials. Paperwork preparation, dock setup, and pallet/product sorting are also part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and possess a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time
- successfully complete a Work Attitude Survey (WAS2)
- ability to obtain and maintain certification in pallet truck and forklift operations (on or before his or her start date in the position)
- ability to use cleaning chemicals and powered industrial equipment that require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- ability to lift a minimum of 65 pounds
- ability to handle and prioritize a variety of tasks and responsibilities
- ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
- ability to stack product of varying weights
- ability to bend, stoop, and twist
- ability to sit, stand and do repetitive work for long periods of time
- ability to read, write, identify and verify numbers
- ability to work under strict time requirements
- ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
- ability to work well with others and be a team member

Responsibilities

- setting up the receiving dock

- assisting in other duties as assigned
