Warehouse Package Handler
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, focusing on quality and adherence to safety protocols to help maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery while collaborating with the team. The position is located at 41 E. Northern Stacks Dr., Fridley, MN 55421. Seven shift schedules are listed: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, and Saturday–Wednesday. Shift hours are 1:00 a.m.–5:00 a.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities, as directed by site management.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to stay on your feet while working.
- Be able to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
- Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities

- Load trucks for deliveries.
