About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Package Handler to help move holiday packages through its Dayton, New Jersey warehouse. The role is active and hands-on, working alongside a team to keep packages moving safely and efficiently toward their destinations. The seasonal assignment runs from November 9, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, depending on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

The posted pay is $22.50, with overtime pay consistent with applicable law. The position offers a $1,000 end-of-season bonus, subject to location, assignment, and other terms. Premium pay is available for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Pay is weekly. The expected shift is Monday through Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of required sorting and cleanup activities as directed by site management. Scheduled work may include weekends or holidays when needed, and overtime may be required when business needs require it.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their destinations safely and on time.
• Complete cleanup activities as directed by site management.
