About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to join its warehouse operations team. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols. Package Handlers help maintain a productive and secure work environment by unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork and a commitment to safety are essential.

The position is located at 1951 Carnegie Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92705, and pays $17.50 per hour with weekly pay. Shifts run from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM on one of several schedules, including Saturday–Wednesday, Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, or Friday–Tuesday. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety practices and contribute to a safe, productive warehouse environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
