About The Position
This role is responsible for leading a team of package handlers to ensure efficient and accurate processing of packages. The Warehouse Package Handler Lead will guide the team in daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a safe working environment. The position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to motivate and direct a team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse equipment and procedures.
