About The Position

The Warehouse Outbound Team Lead provides daily leadership and support to outbound team members and helps oversee shipping operations. The role ensures shipping functions and documentation are completed accurately and on time, verifies shipment status using RF scanners, and inspects packages for quality, proper labeling, and damage-free shipment. The Team Lead trains team members, gives constructive feedback, encourages teamwork and accountability, identifies process improvements, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area. The role also operates and performs safety checks on warehouse equipment as needed, supports cross-training, and assists other departments when required.

The schedule is 3:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday and 12:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m. Friday. Additional hours may be required based on business needs. Hourly pay is $22.50 plus shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer and spreadsheet proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience.
• Previous lead, trainer, or team leadership experience.
• PIT equipment experience and certifications.

Responsibilities
