About The Position

This role is with McDonald's largest supply chain partner worldwide. The company is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. This position offers weekly pay, 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) within the first year, and weekends off (either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday). The compensation includes an hourly base pay plus incentive pay, with a 3rd shift differential of +$1.00/hour and a freezer differential of +$1.00/hour. Paid training is provided, and it's a 5-day work week with guaranteed 40 hours a week. The benefits package includes $0 Healthcare Premium, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 401(k).

Requirements

0 to 1 plus years of general work experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately selects customer orders, builds orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wraps and labels orders, and moves completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse.
Accurately receives inbound products, replenishes and manages inventory as needed.
Performs pre-shift equipment checks and safely operates powered industrial equipment within the warehouse.
Performs basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets.
Other duties as assigned.
