About The Position

The Warehouse Order Selector selects customer orders by headset in a climate-controlled warehouse. The role requires certification on a hi-lo and a walkie rider, and involves bending and lifting cases and kegs weighing up to 165 pounds. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 8:00 p.m. and continuing until work is complete. Warehouse Selectors can earn $24.75 per hour after the probationary period, with performance-based pay offering an additional $2.00–$3.00 per hour based on performance.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a physical; the job involves picking cases throughout the night.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to perform basic math functions to verify orders.
• Ability to become certified on a hi-lo and a walkie rider.
• Ability to bend and lift cases and kegs weighing up to 165 pounds.
