About The Position

Warehouse Order Selectors fill orders to supply retail stores. The work may include palletizing and wrapping products and/or loading trucks. Selectors are expected to meet quality and performance expectations, support the team, and help maintain facility safety and cleanliness. The starting hourly wage is $22.70 plus uncapped performance pay. Flexible scheduling includes 3–4-day workweek options. Requirements

• Good work history and attendance record.
• Ability to stand and lift for long periods.
• Ability to work in all environments throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to demonstrate proper lifting techniques and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Dedication to staying on task without constant supervision.
• Positive attitude and good working relationships with other team members.
• Basic reading and math skills may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to utilize pallet jacks and forklifts is preferred.
