About The Position

Warehouse Order Selectors fill orders to supply retail stores. Work may include palletizing and wrapping products and/or loading trucks. Selectors are expected to maintain quality and performance expectations, support the team, and help maintain facility safety and cleanliness. The role requires standing and lifting for long periods, working in all warehouse environments, and lifting up to 100 pounds using proper techniques. Pallet jack and forklift use is preferred. Basic reading and math skills may be required.

The starting hourly rate is $22.70, plus uncapped performance pay. The position offers flexible scheduling with three- to four-day workweek options, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for on-the-job training and career advancement.

Requirements

• Good work history and attendance record.
