About The Position

Work in a Sysco warehouse as a critical member of the foodservice supply chain. Warehouse Selectors pick orders for delivery to foodservice venues in the local community. This active, physical role involves operating an electric pallet jack and/or forklift and organizing and palletizing product to build customer orders. Other duties may be assigned. The work environment is described as safe, with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions and the type of product being selected, including non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen products. The night warehouse selector base rate is $28.33 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $36 per hour with incentives. Compensation may vary based on specific skills, years of experience, and other factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
0–1 year of relevant work experience.
Frequently lift products weighing 10–75 pounds, and up to 100 pounds.
Frequently reach up to 72 inches.
Constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift and retrieving products from lower shelf areas.
Work in very extreme temperatures, including cooler and/or freezer environments.
Work on feet for 10–12 hours daily.
