About The Position

McDonald's largest distributor worldwide is hiring for a Warehouse Order Selector. This position involves selecting customer orders accurately and safely, building orders according to load tickets, shrink wrapping and labeling orders, and moving completed orders to the loading dock. Responsibilities also include receiving inbound products, replenishing and managing inventory, performing pre-shift equipment checks, operating powered industrial equipment, and performing basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. The role requires flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -10F to 80F. Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

0 to 2 years of related work experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately selects customer orders
Builds orders according to assigned load tickets
Shrink wraps and labels orders
Moves completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
Accurately receives inbound products
Replenishes and manages inventory as needed
Performs pre-shift equipment checks
Safely operates powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
Performs basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
