About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Order Processing Manager to lead our high-volume fulfillment operation. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are picked accurately and shipped out on time while managing a team of 30–40 warehouse associates. We're also looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective — reviewing our current systems and processes and recommending improvements where needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse fulfillment, order processing, or distribution; more seasoned experience preferred
  • Supervisory or team lead experience required
  • Ability to read and analyze operational reports and fulfillment metrics
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to management, associates, and staff
  • Ability to conduct team meetings and lead shift briefings
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or order management software
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
  • Constantly stand and/or walk during shift
  • Constantly communicate with others to exchange information
  • Occasionally ascend or descend stairs, ramps, or ladders
  • Occasionally operate warehouse equipment or powered tools
  • Ability to move objects up to 30 pounds constantly; may occasionally move or lift objects up to 50+ pounds (team lift as needed)
  • Occasionally work in noisy or high-traffic warehouse environments
  • Performs duties within the scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Analyzes operational problems and performs needs assessments.
  • Uses judgment in adapting guidelines to achieve desired results.
  • Regularly exercises independent judgment within accepted practices and makes recommendations that affect procedures and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily order processing from pick to ship, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment
  • Lead, schedule, and develop a team of 30–40 warehouse associates
  • Organize and prioritize the order of picking and outbound shipments
  • Monitor key metrics such as throughput, accuracy, and on-time shipment rates
  • Review existing workflows and systems and recommend practical improvements
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
