About The Position

The Warehouse Order Builder builds customer orders in preparation for shipment and ensures accurate order fulfillment. Orders are prepared from pick tickets, assembled to meet company standards for productivity and accuracy, secured for transport, and staged in designated shipping areas. The role involves using voice-picking software and industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks while following good manufacturing practices and warehouse safety standards. The position requires working in a warehouse where temperatures vary with the seasons. Physical demands include frequent walking throughout the facility and lifting full cases of product weighing 50 pounds or less.

Requirements

At least one year of work experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Prior warehouse experience.
Prior experience using a pallet jack or forklift.

Responsibilities

Prepare orders from pick tickets and accurately build them for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build accurate, quality product orders and secure them for transport.
Operate industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Use voice-picking software to meet or exceed company productivity and accuracy standards.
Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and warehouse safety standards.
Meet daily productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
