About The Position

The 3rd Shift Warehouse Operator is responsible for moving materials from trucks to warehouse locations, processing materials for Manufacturing and Production, and preparing finished goods for shipment. The role performs receiving, shipping, picking, inventory, and warehouse equipment tasks while following current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the warehouse management team's safety practices. The position is based at Shiseido Americas' manufacturing and packaging facility, which produces more than 70 million units per year.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment in receiving, shipping, and picking functions.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• High school graduate-level math functionality.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, which may include eye protection, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, and additional protective clothing.

Responsibilities

• Verify packing lists and bills of lading while performing warehouse functions.
• Load and unload trucks and expedite paperwork for data entry.
• Pick components and raw materials for Manufacturing and Production.
• Place inventory in appropriate locations and perform cycle counts.
• Perform computer transactions using RF guns.
• Complete assignments efficiently and effectively to support accurate inventory records.
• Maintain warehouse machinery and equipment using checklists.
• Practice and understand current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Perform processes and practices safely as defined by the warehouse management team.
• Perform other duties needed to support the organization's vision, mission, and values.
