Warehouse Operator (Night Shift)
About The Position
JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an experienced, motivated Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations and maintain efficient workflows. This hands-on role includes opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities and support Team Leads, though it is not a formal supervisory position. The position may provide a path toward a Team Lead or Supervisor role. The role is based in Orlando, Florida. Shift assignments depend on operational needs and may be 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 6:00 PM–2:30 AM. Pay is $21.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and warehouse inventory processes.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new systems, procedures, and operational processes quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and support team members when needed.
Nice To Haves
- E-commerce fulfillment experience.
- Previous experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment.
- Mandarin-English bilingual skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Support Team Leads in coordinating daily workflows and maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Assist with training and onboarding new warehouse associates.
- Identify and report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and workflow delays.
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks when trained and authorized.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements.
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
