About The Position

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Operator to help deliver products used by healthcare providers. The role involves safely operating warehouse equipment and moving products throughout the facility, including receiving, scanning, picking, staging, loading, and shipping. The position is suited to a dependable team player who values quality work and collaboration.

Requirements

• No prior work experience is required.
• Speak, read, and write English proficiently; read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Have basic keypunch skills.
• Be able to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
• Have a high sense of urgency.
• Be flexible to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Catalogue, record, and organize materials received at the warehouse, and arrange materials for order assembly.
• Fulfill customer worksheets or tickets by reading production schedules, order forms, and requisitions.
• Locate and gather products for distribution to production workers, assembly lines, or shipping areas.
• Assemble, build, wrap, sort, and transport customer orders.
• Operate hand trucks, carts, dollies, forklifts, order pickers, and walkies to transport items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
