About The Position

Nutra Blend, an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredient, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry, is hiring a Warehouse Operator for its Agronomy Service Center and warehouse operations. The role coordinates inbound and outbound deliveries, packs and loads products using a forklift, organizes storage areas, assists with cycle counts, and maintains a safe, clean work area. The position is listed for second shift, 3:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m., at $21.20 per hour. Applicants must pass a post-offer background check and pre-employment substance abuse testing. Requirements

At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Basic computer skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Demonstrate critical thinking, time management, coordination, active learning, active listening, and quality control analysis skills.
Reliably complete tasks by deadlines, adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision, and work safely with coworkers.
Pass a post-offer background check and pre-employment substance abuse testing.
Able to perform frequent active movements, including walking, standing, bending or stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, and climbing.
Able to perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment and work for extended periods across temperature zones that may be cold or hot and may contain dust.
