About The Position

WinChoice is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining warehouse organization, accurate inventory tracking, and ensuring materials are prepared for installation. No prior warehouse experience is necessary, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess basic Microsoft Excel skills, and have reliable transportation.

Requirements

• No previous warehouse experience required
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills, including professional email and text communication
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in an environment with dust and varying temperatures
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and organize materials
• Receive, track, and maintain job inventory and material inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Ensure all materials needed for jobs are accurately accounted for and ready for installation
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel
• Communicate professionally with team members through email and text
• Work independently while staying organized and meeting daily responsibilities
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
