About The Position

This 2nd shift Warehouse Operator - RR position is key to safely and accurately receive inbounds raw materials, pick orders, and store returns in the proper location. The role involves receiving inbound loads, picking orders for plants, conducting cycle counts, troubleshooting inventory issues in Oracle, operating material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean work area. Additional duties include line room tasks such as stacking and wrapping pallets, supplying production lines with materials, and performing sanitation tasks in the cooler. The position also includes SDock duties like barrel dumping and trash cleanup, as well as unloading and inspecting empty pallets. Daily cycle counts and hut duties involving inventory entry into Oracle are also part of the role. All job duties must be performed in accordance with safety procedures, food safety and quality programs, work documents, and verbal instructions from leadership.

  • Must be certified to drive pallet, forklift, or high lift in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Must be able to perform all Loading documentation required to ensure accuracy and weight distribution on the trailer.
  • Must be able to keep work area clean.
  • Must be able to hand stack pallets in accordance with the pallet pattern stacking requirement by SKU.
  • Must be able to stack, wrap, and label pallets.
  • Must be able to perform scans and reconcile all materials with in LSR and Oracle.
  • Must be able to perform various removal, cleaning and additional activities as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform barrel dumping, trash cleanup, and cooler sanitation tasks.
  • Must be able to unload empty pallets from trailers, inspecting and sorting them for use in production.
  • Must be able to perform daily cycle counts as assigned.
  • Must be able to enter product into inventory utilizing Oracle applications.
  • Must complete all job duties in accordance with any applicable: Safety Procedures / Policies, Compliance to Food Safety and Quality Programs and Processes, Work Documents such as: Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Works, Talking Points, Best Practices, Verbal instructions from Leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and accurately receive inbound raw materials.
  • Pick orders for the plants in a timely and accurate manner using handheld scanners.
  • Store returns in the proper location.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts.
  • Troubleshoot in Oracle system and correct/investigate inventory issues.
  • Be certified to drive pallet, forklift, or high lift in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Retrieve Pallets to be loaded onto a designated trailer.
  • Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of the products being loaded onto the trailers.
  • Perform all Loading documentation required to ensure accuracy and weight distribution on the trailer.
  • Keep work area clean, including sweeping regularly to limit wood chips and cardboard.
  • Hand stacking pallets in accordance with pallet pattern stacking requirements by SKU.
  • Prepare product for sending to outside facilities by stacking, wrapping, and labeling pallets.
  • Supply production lines with materials needed for production runs, performing scans and reconciling materials with LSR and Oracle.
  • Perform various removal, cleaning, and additional activities as assigned throughout the hallway and other areas.
  • Barrel dumping and trash cleanup from hallways.
  • Complete sanitation tasks in the cooler.
  • Unload empty pallets from trailers, inspecting and sorting them for use in production.
  • Perform Daily Cycle Counts as assigned.
  • Enter product into inventory utilizing Oracle applications.
  • Complete all job duties in accordance with safety procedures/policies, compliance to food safety and quality programs and processes, work documents (SOPs, Standard Works, Talking Points), and best practices/verbal instructions from leadership.
