About The Position

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure every shipment is received accurately by carefully inspecting incoming goods for damage and matching them against invoices, preventing costly errors from entering the system. Keep the warehouse efficient by sorting, labeling, and organizing inventory in a way that maximizes space and makes items easy to locate and retrieve. Support smooth operations by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders so customers receive the right products on time. Contribute to a safer workplace by following HSE procedures, using proper protective equipment, and immediately reporting hazards or incidents. Protect product quality by performing consistent checks, identifying discrepancies early, and isolating any non-conforming materials before they affect customers. Maintain productivity by meeting cycle times and using warehouse systems and equipment correctly to keep workflow steady and reliable. Strengthen team performance by communicating clearly, supporting coworkers, and collaborating with maintenance or support staff when issues arise. Drive continuous improvement by keeping your work area clean, participating in training, and suggesting ways to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
