Allowing for maximum operational flexibility according to customer service, quality, HSE and cost targets for the responsible site.
Requirements
- 2 years of related customer service or logistics related management experience
- Related business diploma or degree
- Positive Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, Proficient Problem Solving Skills, Passion for Excellence
Responsibilities
- Oversight of order Receipt, Entry & Confirmation
- Communication / Escalation of concerns
- Maximize On Time & In Full Delivery
- Oversight of Reason Code Entry for OTIF Failures
- Oversight of the order cycle from start to finish
- Regular communication with the Sales Team
- Regular communication with the Customer and understanding of their business needs
- Strategically runs the Daily Replenishment of the facility
- Strategically manages Safety Stock levels and Forecast modifications
- Works with Customer Demand & Supply Planning on inventory support.
