About The Position
DSV is hiring an entry-level leadership associate to supervise production associates handling freight, accounting for materials through multiple systems, and overseeing the assembly and installation of server racks and components. The role coordinates inventory activities, supports safe and accurate work, and helps ensure service level agreements and project schedules are met. The selected employee will remain based at their home site and travel to support the project. The position involves using multiple internal and external systems and dashboards to maintain process compliance and accuracy. It requires frequent interaction with customers, peers, site stakeholders, and subordinates. Errors or missed goals may cause additional costs, staffing needs, or significant schedule delays. The individual must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation and pass applicable background checks, clearances, and drug and alcohol tests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid interpersonal and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves
- Generally prefers 3–6 years of experience in material handling operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
- Ensure adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
- Advise subordinates on questions or problems related to work activities.
- Monitor work and examine production areas for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Recommend and implement documented procedure changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Perform or assist subordinates with their duties.
- Maintain service level agreements using existing systems and tools and ensure subordinates follow safety protocols and standards.
- Oversee production associates loading and unloading freight, accounting for materials, and assembling and installing server racks and components.
- Travel from the employee’s home site to support the project.
