Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Sit, stand, walk, reach above shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, or crawl for the duration of the shift.

  • Experience in operating PCs, scanners, printers, shipping equipment (meters, tape machines, etc.) and various cutting instruments Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Experience with shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Expertly pack, label, and prepare hazardous and non-hazardous materials for shipment, ensuring 100% compliance with DOT, IATA, and IMO international regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive location audits and inventory cycle counts to maintain high levels of accuracy and resolve discrepancies within the warehouse management system.
  • Efficiently operate powered pallet jacks and manual material-handling equipment to load, unload, and transport freight from receiving to designated storage areas.
  • Select and process customer orders by verifying chemical catalog numbers, lot numbers, and unit weights against strict packing instructions and order documentation.
  • Utilize scanning and metering systems to document all material movements accurately, adhering to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and internal quality protocols.
  • Manage the end-to-end flow of materials from outside vendors, including receiving, scanning into the system, and prepping outgoing shipments with all required markings.
  • Actively identify and report unsafe conditions or potential hazards to management, maintaining a clean and "6S" compliant warehouse environment to ensure site safety.
  • Demonstrate exemplary attendance and a commitment to a consistent schedule while taking on miscellaneous technical projects and tasks as assigned by team leadership.
